Shipping Costs

Canadian Customers

Currently we charge a flat box rate of $8.00 CAD. 

We have an envelope rate of $2.50 for those orders that will comfortably fit in a 5" x 7" envelope.  Please wait for a second invoice with the corrected shipping costs before you pay.

Orders over $75.00 CAD (before tax) will receive free shipping.

United States Customers

Currently we charge a flat rate box of $11.00 CAD. 

 We have an envelope rate of $4.50 for those orders that will comfortably fit in a 5" x 7" envelope.  Please wait for a second invoice with the corrected shipping costs prior to paying.

 If any duties or customs fees are charged, they are the responsibility of the customer.

 Orders over $100.00 CAD (before tax) receive free shipping. 

 We ship parcels via Canada Post "expedited parcel".

Currently we ship to Canada and the United States only.  Orders ship within 3 business days of payment received.

How do you handle returns?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

If, for any reason, your kit does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us, and we will gladly refund the monthly fee, minus shipping & handling charges. (your refund will be in the form of store credit)
